Make A Payment By Mail

STOP.

Before making a payment, read below.

✓ We HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking the envelope to the counter of your preferred post office and asking the postal employee to hand stamp it with the date.  

✓ If you mail your tax payment at the Kulpsville Post Office, the payment will be placed directly into my post office box.

✓ Payments MUST be in the form of a personal check, cashier’s check or money order. We do not accept any cash payments without prior arrangement with a banking institution.

✓ Most importantly, please allow plenty of time for your payment to reach us. The dated postmark on the envelope is used as proof of receipt.

✓ Also, keep in mind that payments sent from a mailbox receptacle, even your home mailbox, will travel to Philadelphia, where the dated postmark is placed.  

It could take several days for the payment to reach this office.

✓ Please send the entire bill along with self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like a dated receipt. 

PLEASE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THIS NOTICE:

Electronic checks, or e-checks, are accepted, but we strongly discourage using them to pay taxes or time-sensitive bills.

If the information is not exactly correct on the e-check, it will be returned to you.

This form of payment typically does not have a dated postmark from the United States Postal Service.

Please allow at least 14 days for an e-check to arrive before a deadline. If the payment is received late, then it will be returned to you.
