Make A Payment By Mail

STOP.

Before making a payment, read below.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking the envelope to the counter of your preferred post office and asking the postal employee to hand stamp it with the date.
If you mail your tax payment at the Kulpsville Post Office, the payment will be placed directly into my post office box.
Payments MUST be in the form of a personal check, cashier’s check or money order. We do not accept any cash payments without prior arrangement with a banking institution.
Most importantly, please allow plenty of time for your payment to reach us. The dated postmark on the envelope is used as proof of receipt.
Also, keep in mind that payments sent from a mailbox receptacle, even your home mailbox, will travel to Philadelphia, where the dated postmark is placed.

It could take several days for the payment to reach this office.
Please send the entire bill along with self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like a dated receipt.

PLEASE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THIS NOTICE:

Electronic checks, or e-checks, are accepted, but we strongly discourage using them to pay taxes or time-sensitive bills.

If the information is not exactly correct on the e-check, it will be returned to you.

This form of payment typically does not have a dated postmark from the United States Postal Service.

Please allow at least 14 days for an e-check to arrive before a deadline. If the payment is received late, then it will be returned to you.
