Order A Tax Certification

The information on this page applies to title companies, mortgage lenders, and escrow holders.

ATTENTION
Checks must be received in advance of providing the tax certification.

Submit your request for tax certifications to my email address, by mail, by courier service, or by fax.  All of these methods are acceptable.

If you plan to attach a letter to your email, please use only Adobe PDF files.  I do not accept word processor documents (such as Microsoft Word) that are attached to an email.

The fee for a tax certification is $25.00 made payable to Tax Collector Robert A. Di Domizio Jr.  The payment must be received before issuing the tax certification.

Tax certifications are limited to the taxes that I collect, which is the real estate taxes levied by the township, the county, and the school district.  I do not collect earned income taxes, sewer, or any other form of tax.

DUPLICATE BILL FEES

There is a $5.00 duplicate bill fee, payable to Tax Collector Robert A. Di Domizio Jr., for mass payments made without supplying the actual bill.
